Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from Cottage Woodshop, please let us know and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap! If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. The replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.
If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the iem(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the items(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.
If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Because our woodcuts are made from varying wood, depending on the availability at the time, you may find small character traits or distinctions in our wood. But, we will never compromise the structure, strength, or the overall quality! We carefully inspect each and every unit we ship out. So, shop with confidence, knowing you will receive a quality product at a fair price.
